| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告提出了建设社会主义法治国家的目标,并对依法治国方略进行了全面阐述,而及时有效的行政法制监督是完善依法行政,推进我国法治建设的重要内容。我国现行行政法制监督存在着一些缺陷和不足,本文在对行政法制监督释义的基础上,就如何完善我国的行政法制监督提出建议。

| Abstract: | The report of the 17th Party Central Committee of CPC has clearly proposed to build a socialist country under the rule of law.The timely performance of administrative legal supervision is a key link for the construction of a legalized government.we should be aware that there are still some weak links in administrative legal supervision mechanism that need us to take effective measures to improve.The paper will discuss these issues and make recommendations. |
