失业女性的主体意识与再就业的关系

竞争激烈的市场经济条件下,由于传统文化对大众心理沉淀的影响,造成女性在性别意识、现代科层制分工和文化行为定位上的劣势地位,大量女性下岗。如何使失业女性重新就业,不仅是社会和组织需要解决的课题,更是女性自身亟待处理的问题。女性的主体意识是其提高自身综合素质、实现再就业的先决因素。本文从与人的主体意识相关联的五个方面(自强意识、开拓意识、竞争意识、创新意识和持续发展意识)探讨人的主体意识与再就业的关系。

The relationship between the ownership consciousness and the re-employment of the laid-off women

Under the violent competition of the market economy,influenced by the t raditional culture on the mass psychology,women are now in a inferior social pos ition in sex consciousness,modern devision and cultural behavior,which results i n a large number of laid-off women.Re-employment of women is not only a social a nd organizational problem21 needed to be solved,but an urgent problem needed to be settled by the women themselves.The ownership consciousness is the vital fact or for women raising their own comprehensive abilities,and for realizing re-empl oyment.This article is to discuss the relationship between the ownership conscio usness and re-employment from five aspects which is connected with person's owne rship consciousness.They are self-strengthening,developing,competitive,innovatin g and continuous development consciousness.
