| 摘 要： | 禁毒工作是社会治安综合治理的一个重要组成部分 ,但在实际工作中还存在一些模糊认识。主要有 :1 对毒情的严重性认识不足 ;2 对禁毒斗争的长期性和复杂性认识不够 ;3 对根治毒品犯罪信心不足 ;4 对必要的禁毒投入认识不够 ;5 其他错误认识。这些不足 ,既有领导方面的问题 ,也有一般群众的问题 ,但关键是某些领导的认识还并未完全到位。要破除消极厌战情绪 ,增强禁毒的必胜信心 ,加大禁毒投入。

| Abstract: | Drug control is an important part of comprehensive control of social security, but there are obscure belief about it in the practice. the following are not fully aware of : the drug situation; the long term and complicated situation of the drug war; necessary investment and other misunderstanding. Of these problems, some is caused by leaders, others by the public, but the key point depends on the idea of leaders. We have to erase the passive spirits in the war, increase confidence and investment. |
