| 摘 要： | 工会要在安全生产中发挥作用、体现价值,必须明确自己的角色定位.根据工会的性质、特点和有关法律、法规规定,工会在安全生产的总体格局中扮演的角色主要是:安全生产立法的推动者,安全生产工作的监督者,安全生产宣传教育的组织者,安全生产民主管理的实施者,安全生产事故调查处理的参与者,安全生产劳动争议的协调者.

| Abstract: | In order to give full play to the trade union organization in production safety,it is of vital importance to make its role orientation definite.According to the characteristics of trade union organizations, they should play the role of promoter of legislation,supervisor,organizer of education,executor of democratic management,participator of accident investigation and coordinator of labor dispute in the overall pattern of production safety. |
