我国社区矫正研究文献的评介与思考

2003年,我国社区矫正试点工作正式开展,相关研究也从此逐步增多,在基础性研究、政策实践研究、工作规律研究和经验性研究四大方面的探讨中得出了一系列的结论。但目前的研究在学科视野、研究角度、理论方法等方面还存在不足。
