试论增强党的领导影响力

领导影响力模型理论对研究提升我们党的领导力具有一定的借鉴意义。根据这一理论,在新时期提升我们党的领导影响力需要进行以下几个方面的努力：制定科学合理的目标纲领来引领社会各阶层群众的动机,运用利益整合手段实现对社会利益的管理,强化相互信任以促进党群关系,通过社会主义民主政治建设以实现政治权力的有效运作。增强党的领导影响力的目的就是提高党领导的能力,更好地实现党的执政目标。

On Enhancing the Influence Power of CPC's Leadership

The theory of leadership＇s influence power model provides us with some references on the research about the influence power of CPC＇s leadership. According to this theory, the Party has to make the following efforts so as to enhance her influence power of leadership： formulating scientific goals and guiding principles to lead various social stratums＇ motives, making use of means of interests integrating to manage social interests, strengthening mutual trusts to promote the relationship between the Party and the masses, and making the political power effectively operate by means of Socialism democracy construction. To enhance the influence power of CPC＇s leadership is to promote her ability of exercising leadership, and to achieve her reigning goals.
