| Abstract: | The article introduces the meaning of ＂people＂ and ＂democracy＂ and the East-West traditional political thoughts at the beginning, and the compared the constitutional ways in different eastern countries. At last, the article pointed out the reasons that led to the constitution failed in modem China. |
