| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国积极发展与东盟的经济合作和贸易往来,把东盟视为重要的合作对象,努力促成经济一体化.2001年9月,中国与东盟10国达成<中国-东盟自由贸易区构架协议>,形成中国-东盟自由贸易区的初步框架,并在2003年7月1日开始实行,计划在10年内建成.在东盟10国中,各国经济、政治、文化差异明显,与中国的关系也有亲疏,同步发展与各国的经贸关系不太现实,只有先有所侧重,然后再全面铺开,逐步完成一体化进程.越南地处东南亚中心,正在进行经济改革,经济发展迅速,我国应该积极扩展中越经贸关系,推动中国-东盟自由贸易区建设.

Positively Enhancing the Economic and Trade Relation Between China and Vietnam and Making an Essential Step towards Constructing the 10 + 1 Model of Free Trade Area |

| Abstract: | By means of analyzing the economic and trade links, the paper argues that if China wants to construct the 10 + 1 model to realize the economic integration in the Southeast Asian region, it should positively promote the development of Sino - Vietnamese relations and then strengthen the economic and trade links. Then the paper also suggests measures for the development and improvement of the links. |
