| Abstract: | Reserve cadres are an important reserve force of public security cadre rank, which is the prerequisite and dynamic ofpublic security work. We should set up a rational reserve cadre system and develop the reserve cadre systematically according to the demand of the individual unit. We should acquire correct ideology, establish scientific mechanism and create a favorable atmosphere for the development of the growth of the reserve cadres. |
