摘    要:后备干部是公安干部队伍的一支重要预备力量,是公安工作发展的前提和动力。要根据本单位的工作需要,建立一个合理的后备干部体系,并对后备干部进行系统的培养。要树立正确的观念,建立科学的机制,为后备干部的成长创造良好的氛围。

Abstract:Reserve cadres are an important reserve force of public security cadre rank, which is the prerequisite and dynamic ofpublic security work. We should set up a rational reserve cadre system and develop the reserve cadre systematically according to the demand of the individual unit. We should acquire correct ideology, establish scientific mechanism and create a favorable atmosphere for the development of the growth of the reserve cadres.
