把握财政经济发展关系促进财政经济协调增长

财政收入与经济发展存在着密切的关系 ,经济作为财政的基础和财政收入的最终来源 ,对财政分配过程和财政收入本身具有决定的作用。改革开放以来 ,云南经济得到了快速发展 ,财政总收入增长与GDP增长基本上保持了协调 ,但人均GDP、地方财政一般计算收入总量在全国的排位不高 ,所以发展经济 ,增加财政收入 ,提高政府调控宏观经济的能力 ,仍是摆在各级党政领导面前的首要任务

Promoting Coordinated Growth of State Revenue and Economy

State revenue is closely related to economy. As the foundation and ultimate source of financial income, economy plays a decisive role in the generation and distribution of revenue. Since China opened its door to the outside world, Yunnan's has seen a rapid growth in its economy, with the increase of gross revenue staying in coordinated proportion to the growth of GDP. However, the ranking of Yunnan's per capita GDP and local revenue remains low in the country. Thus a major task that governments of various levels of Yunnan are faced which is to further develop economy and increase financial income in such a way as to enhance the competence of the government for exercising macroscopic control over economy.
