| Abstract: | The particular phenomenon of alcohol culture of ethnics in Taiwan during the Qing Dynasty not only displays its thick characteristics of culture and customs,which shows its comparatively low level of social economic development,but also reflects frequency of economic and cultural communication between immigrants and local ethnics,which confirms historical achievement of developing Taiwan by the Hans and local ethnics together. |
