论公安学二级学科的设置与培育

公安学二级学科的设置应当按国家颁布的标准进行。当前关于公安学二级学科设置的讨论主要着眼于公安业务的需要,缺乏对学科自身知识体系的关注。公安学二级学科建设应当注重学科方向的凝练与培育,对于形成完整知识体系的方可设置二级学科,同时二级学科的设置应在数量上予以控制。公安学二级学科的建设应当具有开放性的特点。

On Setting and Developing the Secondary Disciplines of Science of Public Security

Setting the secondary disciplines of science of public security should be based on the criteria promulgated by our country. Presently, the discussions on this issue mainly focus on the requirements of public security operations, which is deficient in architectonic of the disciplines themselves. We should accentuate the concision and cultivation of discipline orientation in the setting process, and the secondary disciplines can only be set up in a complete body of knowledge. Meanwhile, the setting of the secondary disciplines should have the features of controlled number and openness.
