| 摘 要： | 难题是指监狱在发展过程中,因其所面临的阻碍因素较为错综复杂且又未能得以有效解决而累积所致的一种工作困惑之总和。纵览监狱发展的历程,监狱发展到当下,攻克了一个又一个难题,成绩斐然。但是,却也遇到了新的难题。这些难题,就像是滚落在前进道路上的泥石,阻碍着监狱的科学发展,怎样破解,改革之精神才是破解之一招。

| Abstract: | Troublesome problems refers to the overall confusion and troubles caused by the complex impediments. Throughout the history of prison, it has acquired great achievements and at the same time, new troubles have been encountered. These problems, like rolling debris on the road ahead, hinder the scientific development of prison. The spirit of reform may break the trouble. |
