| Abstract: | The Faist school was famous for their severe punishment in Chinese history,and their legal idea about rewards was also very rich.The Faist school's idea about rewards enlightens us that rewards play the same role as punishment since they are both very important parts of law and its indispensable means regulating social relations.So we should regard it as our urgent task to develop the research work on encouraging legislation by adding the content concerning rewards to the law. |
