| Abstract: | The industrial structure has always been in a changeful process with the change of economic development. Since the 1980s, the developed countries of the world with the USA and Japan as an example, have begun a new readjustment of the industrial structure --the information industry has been developed. This tendency of IT in the industrial structure of the world has provided valuable experience and inspiration for China to optimize and upgrade its industrial structure. |
