对公安法学教育若干问题的探讨

本文从公安法学教育应该具有公安院校自己的特色的角度出发 ,给“公安法学”定位为“以刑法学、刑事诉讼法学、行政法与行政诉讼法学为基础 ,以公安刑事司法和公安行政执法领域涉及的法律规范及其实践活动为研究对象的部门法学体系” ,并以此为基础 ,对公安法学教育的教育目标、培养规格、课程设置、教学方法等问题进行了探讨。

An inquiry into the problems of the jurisprudence education of public security

From the viewpoint that the jurisprudence education of public security should be of its own characteristics of police colleges, this article sets a position for “the jurisprudence of public security”in the departmental system of jurisprudence. And on this basis, the article inquires into such problems of the jurisprudence education of public security as the purpose(s) of education, the requirement(s) of the cultivation, the curriculum, and the teaching methods.
