新形势下领导干部坚定理想信念问题研究

坚定的理想信念是领导干部立身之本,力量之源,率众之基。新形势下领导干部理想信念存在的突出问题有:“四信”动摇;私欲膨胀,奉行“金钱至上;”精神空虚,热衷于烧香拜佛。部分领导干部理想信念存在问题的主要原因是:缺乏马克思主义理论素养,世界观、人生观、价值观畸变,对人民的背弃。新形势下领导干部坚定理想信念,必须加强理论学习,用先进理论武装头脑;牢固树立马克思主义世界观、人生观和价值观;不断提高党性修养,增强宗旨意识;增强政治敏锐性和鉴别力;积极投身社会实践。

How to Strengthen CPC Members' Belief and Faith Under Present New Situation

Strong belief and faith guide CPC members to properly conduct themselves in the society,enhance their strength and enable them the top.However,under the present new situation,some problems occurred among the CPC members,for example,some members are no longer so strong in 4 "belief",but believe in "money first",ghost or even Buddhism instead.These problems should be blamed on those CPC members' ignorance of study of Marxism,change of their outlook on world,life and value.In order to strengthen their belief and faith,it is of necessity for the CPC members to keep on studying Marxist theory and improve their moral quality,enhance their political consciousness,and always keep in mind Marxist outlook on world,life and value.
