The model workers,who are regarded as the precious wealth of our country,have made an important contribution to our society.What'smore,the governments at all levels have all along stressed the work of model workers.In recent years,the heavy medical burden resulted in their hard circumstances with the reform of medical structure.To solve the above-mentioned problem,it is of great importance to find out the cause and take effective measures through investigation.
