| 摘 要： | 新时代下,针对参政党能力建设存在的界别认知程度不足、能力建设难以与新时代要求相适应、机制不够健全等问题,各民主党派要结合对习近平关于人民政协工作的重要论述的学习,在凝聚思想共识,增强政治自信;注重问题导向,切实提升能力;加强人才培养,推动"三好"建设等方面下功夫,通过人民政协的政治协商、民主监督、参政议政,认真做好履职工作,努力推进"四新"建设,为推进我国的新型政党制度建设,推进国家治理体系、治理能力现代化而服务、尽责。
