论构建临时团队的快速信任机制

摘    要:临时团队的出现是组织应对环境快速变化的结果,已成为未来组织发展的新趋势.但是,临时团队也存在着自身固有的脆弱性,主要表现在目标不够明确、凝聚力相对薄弱、任务具有短期性、绩效比较低下等方面.这就要求在团队建立的最初阶段就应重视构建其快速信任机制,在团队成员之间尽快建立起一种彼此信任的关系,根据国内外有关研究成果,本文提出了应构建包括完善内部沟通机制、合理定位角色、建设知识共享文化等在内的三位一体模式,以加强对临时团队快速信任的管理,提高临时团队的内部凝聚力和运营绩效.

Abstract:A temporary organization comes from the reaction to the swift change of environment. Its inherent fragility calls for the trust relationship between organization members, which is requested to be built quickly to a certain extent at the very beginning of the temporary organization constructing. By defining the words on the swift trust management of a temporary organization, the paper analyzed its fragility, such as vague aim, low cohesion, short duration, inferior performance, etc. , and then provides a triune mode pertinently to enhance the management of swift trust of a temporary organization, which includes improving internal communication mechanism, orienting role reasonably and constructing knowledge-sharing culture.
