中共"三大"提出建立"强大的群众共产党之基础"的任务,并作出采取了相应的决议和措施,尤其是主张要"努力从各工人团体中,从国民党左派中,吸取具有阶级觉悟的革命分子,渐渐扩大我们的组织"的思想,具有历史特点和时代特色,对"三大"之后党的队伍的发展和政治影响的扩大具有十分重要的意义,体现了中国共产党十分注意与时俱进地巩固阶级基础和扩大群众基础的思想与实践.

Strive for Establishing the Basis of Powerful Mass Communist Party

The mission of establishing "the basis of powerful mass Communist Party" was put forward in the Third Party Congress of the CPC with relevant decisions and measures. Especially the thought of "Managing to recruit the revolutionists with class consciousness from worker's organizations and the left of KMT" which had characteristics of both history and times, was of great importance in expanding the organization of our Party and extending the influence on politics. It also reflected that the CPC attached great importance to the ideology and the practice on consolidating class basis and enlarging mass basis with the spirit of progressing of the time.
