| 摘 要： | 资金短缺一直是困扰高校的一个重大难题,资产证券化作为一种新的金融创新手段可以用于打破高校的资金困境。高校利用资产证券化融资,相对于其他的融资方式具有一定的优势,而且当前高校进行资产证券化融资具有一定的必要性。
