| 摘 要： | 本文从长吉图开发开放先导区建设的战略地位入手,客观分析了长吉图开发开放先导区的现状及外向型经济发展存在的优势和劣势,在探索长吉图开发开放先导区沿边开放模式方面提出了建立跨境经济合作区,构建沿边地区与内陆腹地联动发展的新模式,建立核心区与扩展区相结合以及探索与发达国家合作影响周边欠发达地区,形成国际、省际、区际互动协调机制等建议。
