中西方动机思想的多维探究与运用

摘    要:动机在教学中的重要性不言而喻,关于动机的探讨也是古今中外早已有之。从中国先秦时代孔孟的论述,到近代西方系统、完整的介绍、阐释,动机这一教学成效中极其关键的因素,也越来越被广大学者接受、认可,并发挥着日渐突出的作用。我们试从中国古代先秦思想和西方人本主义心理学入手,初步探讨动机的成因以及作用机制,并结合当今语文学习做实际和细致的阐述。

Abstract:The importance of motivation in teaching practice is evident because the discussion of motivation began very early since ancient time home and abroad. From the works of Confucius and Mencius in ancient Chinese Qing dynasty to the systematic introduction and exposition in the modern west, motivation, a key factor in teaching achievement gradually recognized prominent role. Beginning with ancient Chinese thoughts of Qing dynasty and western humanistic psychology, will make an initial attempt to discuss the formation and the function system of motivation. It will give actual and detailed explanations of motivation by connecting it with modern Chinese learning.
