中国外交的三维发展

中国外交近年来的发展变化呈现三维的特点:在空间上从总体外交向立体外交发展,公共外交日益突出;在平面上务实地确立对外关系中重点、基础和首要的格局;在时间上与时俱进,适应形势的变化,有了一些新的发展。但是从时间维度看,一些外交行为和公众观念仍然受到某些旧政策惯性的影响,摆脱其影响,才能更好地与时俱进。

Three Dimensional Development of China''''s Diplomacy

There have been discussions on China's new diplomacy recently. This paper points out that these new features are demonstrated in three dimensions. In the spatial dimension it is developing from comprehensive diplomacy to stereoscopic diplo-macy, and public diplomacy is becoming more and more important. In the plane dimension, its relations with developing, developed, and neighboring countries have been reformed in a pragmatic way. In the time dimension there have been both changes and continuity. It is important to get ride of the inertias that were formed in the history of China in order to better keep pace with our times.
