论建立和完善贵州民族地区职业教育体系框架

贵州的民族地区 ,人力资本和现实劳动力素质状况 ,远不能适应全面建设小康社会需求。必须尽快建立和完善富有民族区域经济特色的初等、中等、高等职业教育相互衔接 ,又与普通教育、成人教育相互沟通 ,学历教育和职业培训并举 ,以九年制义务教育为基础 ,各级各类职业技术院校为支柱 ,岗位培训和执业准入为两翼的职业教育体系框架 ,才能迅速加快人力资本的积累 ,促进经济社会超常规发展。

On Establishing and Improving Vocational Education System in Guizhou Ethnic Areas

The present human capital and manpower quality is far away from the requirement of comprehensively establishing comfortably-off society.we must quickly establish and improve fundamental,medium and advanced vocational education,general education as well as adult education.At the same time,we must equally focus on post training and licence entering.Thus we can speed up accumulation of human capital and economically advance ultra-conventional development of society.
