论政治文明与法治建设

政治文明与法治建设存在着密切联系,一方面,现代政治文明离不开法治,中国社会主义政治文明更是呼唤法治,因为权力具有双重性,人性有其弱点,中国缺乏民主法治传统,腐败现象严重;另一方面,法治对政治文明具有重要价值,它是政治文明的产物,又是政治文明的显著标志,是政治文明的基石和根本保障。今天,中国建设社会主义政治文明,必须以法治为根本,必须转换党的执政方式、进行制度创新、加强法治建设、创造理性政治文化。

There are close relations between political civilization and construction of rule of law . On one hand , modern political civilization cannot be separated from rule of law , especially , Chinese socialist political civilization calls rule of law , because power has its double-edge character , human being has its own weakness , China has poor tradition of democracy and rule of law , and corruption is serious ; On the other hand , rule of law is of significance to political civilization , it is outcome , outstanding sign , foundation , and guarantee of political civilization . Today , Chinese socialist political civilization construction must be based on rule of law , that is to say , it must change the style of the government, carry out system innovation, strengthen construction of rule of law , construct rational political culture.
