| 摘 要： | 阅读是提升人力资源价值的重要手段。在对高职院校大学生课外阅读状况调查的基础上,从高职院校大学生心理成长的角度,选取阅读的主体性、阅读的选择及阅读的内容几个层面进行分析,并提出改进和引导阅读的思考,以期培育良好的读书氛围,提升大学生的精神品位和人生境界。

| Abstract: | Reading is an important tool to enhance the value of human resources.Based on the extracurricular reading survey of college students,from the perspective of psychological growth of college students,several levels like the subject nature of selective reading,reading choices and contents,this paper gives analysis and suggestions for improvement and reading guide,so as to foster good study atmosphere,enhance the spirit grade and realm of life of college students. |
