| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实党的十六届四中全会决定精神,加强党的执政能力建设,对于行政学院来说就是发挥好公务员培训主渠 道、主阵地作用,围绕建设一支高素质、专业化的国家公务员队伍,正确处理好学历教育与短期培训,硬件建设与软件建设,培训工 作与科研、咨询,培训数量与质量等方面关系,适应公务员制度法制化建设,推进公务员培训的正规化。

| Abstract: | To act in the spirit of the 4th plenary party's of the 16th Party's central commitlee conference, administrative school is a main channel and position to train servants, handle the educational training, hardware construction and software construction of educational background of short period correctly around the national orderly troops that builds a high quality and specialization, to train the working aspect relations such as research, consulting, training quantity and quality, meet orderly system legal system to melt construction, carry the normalization of orderly training forward. |
