| Abstract: | Future Economical growth in China faces serious problems of resources scarcity and capital shortage.Only by promoting economical growth supported by human capital,can it be the basic guarantee of breaking down restrictions and making a breakthrough.Therefore,we should make clear the basic orientation of economical growth supported by human capital and take key countermeasures to increase human capital accumulation and lift human capital level. |
