The Situation and Features of Malaysia's International Development Assistance

As far as international development assistance is concerned, Malaysia is both the recipient country and the donor of international development assistance. Technical assistance is the main modality of Malaysia＇s foreign assistance. The areas of foreign assistance mainly focus on ASEAN and African countries. Malaysia has its independent management institution of foreign assistance and tries to improve the capacity and quality of administrative staff in order to implement assistance projects effectively.
