| 摘 要： | 我国现行刑事侦查机构设置在打击犯罪、维护社会稳定方面做出了巨大贡献，并取得了不错的效果。但是，我国现行刑事侦查机构的设置也存在诸多弊端，随着社会转型期间各种矛盾的日益尖锐化，犯罪手段和方式的日益升级，现行刑事侦查体制已经逐渐表现出不适应性。因此，建立一支由中央统一领导的专业刑侦队伍已经势在必行，国家刑事犯罪侦查局的设立应该提上日程。
