| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代末90年代初,世界格局进入新旧转换的历史大变动时期,邓小平提出了"韬光养晦、有所作为"的国际战略思想,开创了中国外交的新局面.它不仅是应对当时复杂国际局势的权宜之计,还是为了中国国家利益而必须长期坚持的指导方针.进入新世纪,"和平崛起新道路"、"和谐世界"思想的提出是对"韬光养晦、有所作为"外交战略新的继承和发展. "韬光养晦、有所作为"的国际战略思想具有重大的理论价值和实践意义.
