| 摘 要： | 列车旅财案件是铁路公安机关管辖的多发案件。长期以来,由于认识上的误区导致刑事科学技术在列车旅财案件中发挥的作用较小,造成案件破获后的起诉率较低。只有加强铁路公安一线基层所队刑事技术工作的硬件和软件建设,以站保车,才能发挥刑事技术在侦破列车旅财案件中的证据作用,提高公安机关打击此类犯罪的效率。

| Abstract: | Cases concerned train passengers＇ property is a kind of cases occurred frequently under the jurisdiction of railway police departments. For a long time, some misunderstanding has led criminal technology to lay a little effect on these cases and has had a low proportion of prosecution. We should develop the hardware and software of criminal technology of the railway police at the root level so as to both bring it into full play as the evident of cases and improve the effectiveness of the police departments＇ combat against this kind of crimes. |
