| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述外国对我国的反补贴形势和我国关于补贴的立法与实践及其与ＷＴＯ《ＳＣＭ协议》的差距的基础上，提出了我国的法律对策，即依据《协议》调整、完善我国的补贴立法；充分利用发展中国家的特殊待遇以及积极进行反补贴应诉等。
