| 摘 要： | 当前,犯罪嫌疑人的权利保障备受世界各国的关注。犯罪嫌疑人人身保护的司法救济权利的缺失对正为构建法治国家而努力的中国而言是不相适宜的。为此,文章从犯罪嫌疑人人身保护的范畴界定入手,在分析我国犯罪嫌疑人人身保护现状的基础之上,试图阐述我国犯罪嫌疑人人身保护的司法救济权利。

| Abstract: | Now more attention has been paid to guaranteeing suspects' rights by many countries.Lack of the Right to judicial remedy of Suspects' physical protection is not suitable for China which makes great efforts to construct monocracy country.So this paper starts with defining category of the suspects' physical protection.It analyses the current situation of suspects' physical protection in our country.And then it tries to describe the right to judicial remedy of suspects' physical protection in China. |
