| 摘 要： | 比较法学是能为立法和法学理研究提供良好借鉴的方法和学科。《比较民事诉讼法》集十几年来民诉法学比较研究的成果,以中国民诉法理论框架为纲,创建了比较民事诉法新的学科体系。
