| Abstract: | The personnel training is the radical task of the higher colleges and universities, and it is the most important school work, the teaching work is the central work of the school. The trade union of the colleges and universities should be centralized on the overall situation for thinking about the things, and we should put ourselves in the center for doing everything, and we should bring all the work into the track of the personnel training. |
