试论中外反邪教立法之异同

邪教活动是许多国家都存在的一种历史现象,由于中外宗教学理论和宗教政策的差异,中外对邪教采取的对策和有关立法也不相同。但限制、控制乃至取缔邪教组织,禁止和惩治邪教组织的违法犯罪活动,以维护公民生命财产安全,稳定社会治安,则是各国立法的共同目标。

The Similarities and Differences of Chinese and Foreign Wicked Religion

Wicked religious activities were a historical phenomenon existed in many countries. Because of the difference in religious theory and policy, there are some differences in the legislation and steps, policy against such wicked religion between China and foreign countries. But they have the same goal to restrict, control or get rid of wicked religious organizations and to forbid and punish illegal activities in order to protect their citizens' property and life safety and to stable social security.
