| 摘 要： | 我院要实现"强校升位"的目标,关键是要建立新型的用人制度,按照党的十六大精神,尽快造就一支高素质的教学、科研及管理人才队伍,把精神感召和利益机制有机地结合起来,最大限度地调动广大教职工的工作积极性,以适应新形势对公安政法本科院校的特殊要求.

| Abstract: | In order to realize our objec tive of"Upgrading the College",we must establish a new system of personnel place ment.It' s nec-essary to act in the spirit of the16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and train qualified personnel of education,scien-tific research and management,arouse their enthusiasm by playing equal emphasis on sp iritual influence and benefit mechanism to keep abreast of the new situation. |
