随着我国经济体制转轨和社会结构转型,城市基层社会组织体制也经历着历史性变迁。本文通过对社区自治基本范畴的分析,探讨了社区自治的必然性,并寻求从社区行政化到社区自治的思路,以实现从社区行政化到社区自治的转变。

Getting out of the plight: from community officializing to community self-ruling

Since the thirty years of reforming and opening-up,with the changing of Chinese economical system and transforming of the social structure,the social grassroots organization has experienced the historical variance.By analyzing the basic category of community self-ruling,this paper puts forward the opinion that it is inevitable to set up the self-ruling community,seeks the way from officializing community to self-ruling community,in order to realize this important transformation.
