| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会是公平、合理、有序的社会,是全体人民各尽所能、各得其所而又和谐相处的社会。社会公平正义是构建社会主义和谐社会的核心和价值取向,政府在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中必须承担起维护公平正义的责任。

| Abstract: | Harmonious socialist society is the society of justice,reason and order,in which each does accoreling to his ability and each has a role to play,and people live in harmony.Social justice is the core and value orientation of constructing harmonious socialist society.Government must take the responsibility for maintainimg social justice in constructing harmonious socialist society. |
