我国现行分配原则与社会公平问题

生产决定分配,收入分配与价值创造是直接相关的。我国现行的分配原则虽然在实践中会导致“资本剥削劳动”的现象出现,但在生产力大幅度提高和产权制度变迁导致劳动参与企业剩余分配的情况下,由于资本和劳动的提供怍为自然人不能完全分开,会使得这种“剥削”与社会不公的关联大大减弱。党的十六大提出的按要素贡献分配原则可以更好地体现社会公平,是在新的历史条件下对马克思主义分配理论的丰富和发展。

Present Distribution Principle in Our Country and Problem of Social Justice

Production decides distribution.Income distribution is directly related to creation of value.Though the present distribution principle in our country can,in practice,cause the phenomenon of"capital exploits labour ",it will greatly weaken the connection between this"exploitation"and social injustice because capital can't be completely separated from provider of labour as natural being in the situation where there is a big increase in production forces and where the change of ownership system causes the participation of labourers in the distribution of enterprise surplus.The principle of distribution according to essential factor contribution put forward by the party's16th national congress can better embody social justice,therefore it is enrichment and development of Marxist distribution theory under new historical conditions.
