| Abstract: | Designing the index system plays a core role in the process of government performance evaluation,and it needs a proper way to establish a scientific index system.We insist that the scientific way is to set up the post performance indexes in accordance with the general ones.In addition,we should coordinate the quantitative with the qualitative ones,traditional indexes with modern ones,positive indexes with negative ones,basic indexes with revised ones and process indexes with result ones. |
