| 摘 要： | 《公安机关涉案枪支弹药性能鉴定工作规定》对公安技术部门枪支、弹药性能鉴定做了详细的规定.该规定对枪弹性能鉴定工作起到了很好的指导、规范作用,但也存在问题.此外,立足于工作实践,火药枪性能鉴定的测算比动能方法、枪支、弹药及其散件的鉴定方法也都值得探讨.

| Abstract: | “Regulations for the performance identification of guns and ammunffion involved in case of police” has explained the detailed rules. It makes good guidance and regular function for the identification of guns and ammunition, but there still exists problems. Therefore, it is more valuable to explore the ways of measuring and calculating the performance identification than the kinetic energy of performance appraisal of guns, ammunition and the spare parts. |
