| 摘 要： | 摘要：中国高校的双语教学重形式轻质量的问题依然严重。本文分析了双语教学现状与质量低下的原因，指出高校开设双语课要讲究适度，本科教学评估指标对提高双语教学质量作用不大，并提出了高校建设双语教学的质量管理体系的创新思考。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Problems of valuing bilingual teaching more in forms but less in quality are still quite serious in China’s colleges and universities. Based on an analysis of the status quo of China’s bilingual teaching and reasons for its low quality, this paper has pointed out that bilingual courses should be confined to an appropriate number and the national assessment quota for undergraduate teaching doesn’t work well to increase the bilingual teaching quality. The author has put forward some creative ideas in establishing a bilingual teaching quality control system in China’s colleges and universities. |
