| Abstract: | Currently, the situation of the workers＇psychological health is disturbing us and hindering the development of the harmonious society. The work of the trade union should begin with cares for the workers＇psychological status. We should think about how to involve all citizens to care for their psychological health to boost the social development harmoniously and healthily. |
