| Abstract: | The requirements of constructing a harmonious socialist society provide an unprecedented development opportunity for women's higher education.Great efforts should be devoted to the development of women's higher education.To promote the female higher education,the superiority of human resources had better be transformed into talents' resources and developmental advantages with economics surpassing development to realize the harmonious development of economy and society. |
