| Abstract: | This article makes an analysis on the context of legal theories by comparing the legal conceptions of Austin and Qiu Hanping. It is a kind of exploration to introduce the methodology of knowledge sociology into legal studies, which helps to understand the historical launch of modern legal theories and reveal the implied meanings of the performance of law in the present world. |
