| 摘 要： | 经济发展与犯罪的关系之间存在着双向的、复杂的关联,并不是一种单向的线性联系。应当以两者之间的辩证关系为基础,既要抑制经济发展所带来的消极因素,又要充分发挥积极因素的作用,利用经济发展的成果为预防犯罪、改造罪犯创造出的良好条件,双管齐下,阻断经济发展与犯罪增长之间的正相关关系,遏制犯罪不断增长的势头。

| Abstract: | The relation between economic development and crime is two-sided and complicate instead of one-sided and simple.Based on the dialectical relation,we should restrain the passive factors and expound the positive factors brought by economic development,and make use of achievement by economic development to prevent crime and reform criminals,so as to obstruct the tendency of positive relation. |
